1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ClickVCard's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ClickVCard and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ClickVCard.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
- You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Products and Purchases
All purchases through our site are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our site or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Corporate Identity & Billing Terms: ClickVCard is an official brand and a subsidiary unit of Avya World. If you require a commercial GST invoice or tax bill for your purchase, please note that all official invoices, billing receipts, and payment statements will be issued under our parent entity, Avya World Digital Services.
5. Use of NFC Technology
ClickVCard provides NFC-enabled cards and digital profiles. We are not responsible for any misuse of the technology or for any unauthorized access to your digital profile if your physical card is lost or stolen. You can deactivate or update your profile instantly through our web application.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ClickVCard, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
