Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized NFC cards
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Items without original packaging
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at info@clickvcard.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to approve your return request
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team
- Share the tracking number with us
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
- No return shipping charges for damaged/defective items
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to post)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of the above, contact us at info@clickvcard.com
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with your order details.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order.
